Pullat me portretin e Skėnderbeut u pėrdorėn edhe pėr dy emisione lokale nė Shkodėr, qė lidhen ngushtėsisht me emrin e drejtorit tė postės sė kėtij qyteti nė atė kohė, Sadik Tiranėn. Kėto emisione ( njeri pėrkujtimor dhe tjetri taksė) u emetuan mė 19 mars 1915, me rastin e pėrvjetorit tė parė tė ditės sė ngritjes sė Flamurit nė kėshtjellėn e Shkodrės.
Po nė Shkodėr, por tanimė katėr vjet mė vonė, nė vitin 1919, u vu nė qarkullim njė tjetėr emision me portretin e Skėnderbeut. Ai pėrbėhej vetėm nga njė pullė dhe pikėrisht nga vlera 1 GROSH, e mbishtypur me fjalėt SHKODĖR 1919.
Pulla tė emisionit tė 1 dhjetorit 1913 apo tė ndonjė tjetri nga emisionet e mėsipėrme, sidomos ato tė 19 marsit 1915 u fiksuan edhe nė disa karta postare, tė cilat mund tė ishin tė thjeshta apo me pėrgjigje. Madje ka prej tyre qė janė bėrė shumė tė rralla, siē janė p.sh., zarfat apo kartat postare me gjashtė pulla tė Skėnderbeut tė vulosura nė postėn e Shkodrės me vulė ari.
Mė 1 prill 1920 emisioneve pėr Skėnderbeun i shtohet njė seri e re me gjashtė vlefta. Pullat e kėsaj serie u shtypėn nė Paris dhe janė tė njė formati relativisht tė vogėl (shumė pak pulla shqiptare janė emetuar nė kėtė format). Ato paraqesin njė portret tė Skenderbeut nė profil, tė fokusuar mbi njė shqytė mbi shqiponjėn dykrenore.
Ky emision nuk u vu nė qarkullim. Pullat e tij do tė pėsonin tri mbishtypje tė ndryshme: e para, me borien karakteristike-simbol i Postės; e dyta me fjalėn Besa tė futur brenda njė kuadrati tė zbukuruar me ornamente nė tė dy anėt, dhe, e treta, po me fjalėn Besa brenda njė drejtkėndėshi.
Do tė kalonin plot shtatėmbėdhjetė vjet qė tė emetohej njė seri tjetėr pėr Skėnderbeun. Pikėrisht mė 20 nėntor 1937, nė vigjilje tė festės sė 25-vjetorit tė Shpalljes sė Pavarėsisė, u vu nė qarkullim njė nga emisionet mė tė bukur tė realizuar deri atėhere. Ai pėrbėhet nga seria e pullave, njė bllok filatelik dhe disa karta postare me vlefta e pamje tė ndryshme. Paraqitja grafike e simboleve tė Skėnderbeut iu besua dhe u realizua nga arkitekti i mirėnjohur Qemal Butka, i cili, siē dihet, ėshtė edhe autor i pllakatit pėrkujtimor kushtuar pėrvjetorit tė 25-tė tė Pavarėsisė.
Edhe nė emisionin e 30 gushtit 1938, kushtuar 10-vjetorit tė Mbretėrisė Shqiptare, paraqitja grafike e tė cilit ishte pėrsėri vepėr e Qemal Butkės,u pasqyruan simbole tė epokės skėnderbejane.
Dy vjet mė vonė, mė 22 nėntor 1939, nė kuadėr tė serisė sė viteve 1939-1940, e cila u shtyp nė Romė, u pėrfshi edhe njė pullė me vleftė 1 Fr.Sh., me pamjen e Kalasė historike tė Krujės. E njėjta pamje, pra Kalaja e Krujės, gjendet edhe nė dy pulla tė emisioneve tė viteve 1943 dhe 1945.
Portreti i Skėnderbeut do tė rishfaqet pėrsėri nė filatelinė tonė mė 1 mars 1951. Posta Shqiptare do tė emetonte nje emision me tri vlefta nė pėrkujtim tė 483-vjetorit tė vdekjes sė Heroit tonė Kombėtar. Ky emision u shtyp nė Budapest.
1967 do tė ishte viti i bumit tė pullave pėr Skėnderbeun. Mė 10 dhjetor tė kėtij viti, nė kuadėr tė 500-vjetorit tė vdekjes sė tij, qė u karakterizua nga njė varg veprimtarish pėrkujtimore, Posta Shqiptare nxori njė emision pėr Skėnderbeun me tetė pulla, qė pėrfshinin njė tematikė tė larmishme. Piktori i njohur Namik Prizreni, me penelin e tij, realizoi bukur nė pulla Stemėn e Kastriotėve, Portretin e Skėnderbeut, Pėrkrenaren dhe Shpatėn e tij, Kalatė e Krujės, Petrelės e Beratit, Kuvendin e Lezhės dhe Betejėn e Albulenės. Kėto pulla u shtypėn nė Tiranė. (Sa pėr kurreshtje: duke filluar nga viti 1957 e deri nė vitin 1994, pullat shqiptare janė shtypur nė Tiranė).
Po nė kuadėr tė 500-vjetorit tė vdekjes sė Skėnderbeut, mė 17 janar 1968, u vu nė qarkullim njė tjetėr emision mė tetė vlefta dhe me njė Fletė-palosje FDC, me pulla tė vulosura me vulė speciale.
Autori i paraqitjes grafike tė emisionit ishte piktori i mirėnjohur Shadan Toptani, autor i shumė emisioneve filatelike. Nė tematikėn e pullave bėjnė pjesė Monumenti i Skėnderbeut i vendosur nė sheshin Skėnderbej nė Tiranė, vepėr e skulptorėve tė shquar Odhise Paskali, Janaq Paēo e Andrea Mano, njė portret i vjetėr nė pikturė i Skėnderbeut, qė ndodhet na Galerinė Ufici nė Firence tė Italisė, njė gravurė e hershme e Tanush Topisė, Monumenti i Skėnderbeut nė Krujė, vepėr e skulptorit Janaq Paēo, portreti i Gjergj Aranitit, skicuar nga piktori Pandi Mele, njė pikturė e Simon Rrotės ku paraqitet njė betejė e Skėnderbeut kundėr ushtrive otomane, busti shumė i njohur i Skėnderbeut, vepėr e Odhise Paskalit dhe frontespici i librit tė Marin Barletit.
Armėt e Skėnderbeut do tė jenė subjekti i njė emisioni tė veēantė me tri vlefta, emetuar nga Posta nė 13.000 seri tė plota mė 28 janar 1977, qė pėrkonte me 510-vjetorin e vdekjes sė tij. Njė nga pullat ka tė fiksuara pėrkrenaren me kurorė mbretėrore dhe shpatėn e Skėnderbeut, qė aktualisht ndodhen nė njė muze tė Vjenės.
Mė 10 dhjetor 1983 do tė emetohej njė emision tjetėr me tablotė nė pikturė, qė evokojnė disa prej ngjarjeve tė rėndėsishme tė epokės sė Skėnderbeut. Ky emision, me katėr pulla dhe njė bllok filatelik, titullohej Epoka e Skėnderbeut nė artet figurative. Njė tjetėr emision, qė i kushtohet Skėnderbeut, i pėrket vitit 1997. Mė konkretisht ai u vu nė qarkullim mė 25 gusht 1997. Realizimi grafik u bė nga Fatos Kola, u botua nė njė shtypshkronjė tė Athinės dhe pėrbėhet nga 10 vlefta me tė njėjtėn pamje, por me ngjyra tė ndryshme. Nė kėtė emision, pėr herė tė parė, vihet re njė largim nga trajtimi tradicional i portretit tė Skėnderbeut; ai ėshtė realizuar ndryshe, nga njė kėndvėshtrim artistik bashkėkohor.
